Curling Rink

On our four sheet curling rink located across the road at The Green Hotel is where you can learn the "Roaring Game". Curling was started in Scotland in the Middle-Ages and our rink is the present home of Kinross Curling Club, the oldest in Scotland, dating from 1668. Interest in curling in this country has soared since Rhona Martin and her team so magnificently won a gold medal in the Ladies Curling Competition at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. Why not come and play or see how to do it? The rink is open September – April, 7 days per week. Coaching available for beginners and improvers. Perhaps you’d prefer to relax and unwind in the Bar and watch the teams compete.
